Poor service by Telkom

Telkom changed my debit date without my permission, and they charged me additional fees for a missed debit, I made an EFT payment after they didn't get money in my account 7 days later, and I'm getting sms's threatening to list me for the arrears that I paid!! I logged a query with them on the 30/09/2024 on email and until today I have not received a response!
