Poor service by Telkom

Two weeks with wifi sim card router problems. Impossible to lodge the complaint via the Telkom website. Also the migration to wireless was requested and no response on that either. I experienced problems whilst in a very expensive online training program hosted by LSSA via zoom/ teams and lost valuable information which I will never get back. I am extremely annoyed.
