Poor service by telkom

I really dnt knw wat is wrong with these network providers I made a contract with telkom on the 30th of December n the 1st debt oder was supposed to go off on the 15th of January cos tht is my pay day I was told am going to pay the 15th of each month now all of a sudden the debt oder went off this morning cos it was rejected due to lack of funds nw am expected to pay penalties for the mistake they made they said they will debt on the 15th they never dd they nw decides to debit today wen I dnt hv money and am not even impressed with thier network service it only worked perfectly from the 30th of December until the 5th of January since from thn everything was just buffering the whole time which means am going to pay for poor services... Is it possible to cancel that contract as am already not happy with telkom and I hv been with them just for a month
