Poor service by telkom,

Hi, i have 2 routers with telkom since last year, si last month i took a phone with them, then they made one account, they said they will start debiting end of November, but to my surprise they have now closed internet saying that my account is on arrears,, which it was their decision not to debit for October, now my services are closed no data, I find it so weird cause it was their decision not to debit in October.
