Poor service, breach of contract and selfish

I really don't why I wanted to use Telkom with the poor service that they give to South Africans! <br> <br> 1. Telkom it's making our not easy closing they are store and tell us to drive 50km to get help, I'm asking my self that maybe Telkom want us not to use they are services, what you want to do a sim swap or when you have to test you house phone you have to go more 50km from where I'm staying and they can help you at they are customer support or service help line, they'll tell you to go to tell next Telkom store and we don't have it here in Klerksdorp and Klerksdorp it's a City without Telkom Store because the one that was here it's closed with calling they're customers to listen to them because they don't care about poor South Africans! All they care about it's here you pay them not about where you can get help! Just ask yourself that you have now spend more then R100 to give help when people are losing jobs or maybe Telkom care about people who have rich not poor one!<br> <br> 2. When you test the speed of Internet in Telkom website it says we have 20Mbps and we have app**** for 10Mbps and after they installed the land line the internet was slow and when we call them they say we have App****
