Poor service

I just had it with Telkom my service is still suspended from 14 April I missed payment from March and made dubble payment 26 April to Nudebt and payment reflected 8 May on Telkom's side and now they handed my account back to Nudebt for the month of May payment and my payment is only due end of May it's so sad that I made payment for the month of April and didn't make use of the service and they expect me to make payment for May that will never happen they can keep their service if I knew this is the service I'll be getting for missing one payment and still making dubble the payment I should have kept my money
