Poor Service

I have a contract with telkom , I took my device in for repairs in Nov 2020 till today there is still no feedback on my device . I went to the store on the24th Dec 2020 to get my device , when I get there the device still at repair centre last status was awaiting approval qoute on the 3rd Dec 2020.I'm so disappointed in the Telkom service because till to date I haven't received my phone back , no feedback , no calls , no sms's .
