Poor service

Telkom is the worst service provider to have a contract with in which I want to sue. Nobody informed me that my debit order was reinstated, telkom debited my account which I made a manual payment on the same day debit order was due. Now I must be held responsible for your mistake. Never again will I be a customer of Telkom. Poor service
