Poor service

I logged 2 service requests for my telkom contracts to be cancelled and clearly indicated the end date as December 2020. I then get messages from telkom saying i will be billed R1600 for cancelling the contract early when I did not request that. A telkom agent must get back to me urgently. This is ridiculous. Firstly because who ever processed it cannot follow instructions. Secondly, this is ****************
