Poor Service

I received a call saying that Im owing R298 from ny telkom account and the reason I didnt know since they didnt debit my account so I paid that R298 instead of R149 from last week Friday my contract is still suspended no one is attending to my emails so now im fed up ive called twice no one is helping what a ridiculous and poor service my number is ***
