Poor service

i am so disappointed with telkom. My number was ported out to MTN from Telkom without my concern. I went to MTN and requested it to be reversed it was reversed. The problem now is with Telkom failing to port it back. I have tried to call telkom with no help. I went to the branch on the 12/12/2019 they told me i must wait for 24hrs it will be working but till today it is not working. This number i use it even on my cv im expecting call from the employers but my number is not working
