POOR SERVICE

I had a sim card problem a week ago. Went to the store to fix it the lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. Today i experience the same problem of sim. The woman who was helping became so rude and she was loudly complaining to other colleagues. She then decided to help and she gave me a new sim that wasnt working. Tried before i left it wasnt working. A guy called Thabo working from the store was the 1 that apologised to me and offered to help. Which it didnt take him long. I thought i was over seeing things when she was rude and loud to another customer until she did the same thing to me
