Poor Service-Awaiting order or status thereof

Very poor service,I app**** for a virtual business line on the 6th and no feedback on process and when I send emails to A Jacobs no responses received.Why sell products if you can’t even respond to enquiries tracking the order? My reference is AI***..Can someone advise status of this order urgently
