Poor service at Telkom Wonderpark Express

I went to Telkom Wonderpark Express on the 27 of January at 17:15 when I got to the door I was told to sanitize myself. I looked around for a phone that I wanted which was a huawei p smart that comes with a watch. The were four staff members that I saw, two were busy with clients and the other two were busy with paperwork one was continuously on a personal call. One of the lady staff member went and closed the branch store at 17:50 then came to me to ask How can she assist me. I told her that I wanted a phone contract the one mentioned above. She told me it was out of stock. I then asked her that I waited for 40mins for her to tell me that the phone was out of stock. She said " they were busy with paperwork since it's month end". She took my contact number and she said will call me as soon as they receive a new stock and since then I haven't heard from them. I am really not happy about the poor service I received from Telkom Wonderpark Express store.
