Poor Service at Telkom Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark

I went to Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark on Saturday the 14th. I wanted to get an intergrated simcard there. When I walked in, a woman at the front door gave me a ticket. The store was very quiet, to my surprise. When I came to the cashier 2nd from the right she told me she was looking for my ID and proof of address. I then go to the bank, withdraw a statement. When I walked into Telkom again, the woman at the door did not stop me again. Again no clients. I stood there waiting for 1 of them to help me. The 4 cashiers pretend I don't exist. The cashier no2 and no3 talk to each other. I ask them who will help me. Cashier 2nd from the right told me get a ticket. I lost it then. I already had one, why get one again. The manager then came out and calmed us down and she helped me then because not one of the cashiers wanted to help me. Poor poor absolutely poor service. Feel sorry for that manager for having to work with such unprofessional people
