Poor service at Telkom the Grove mall

I've been waiting for my TV Android box for months now which I'm paying for. I spoke to the Grove store manager Itumeleng who promised she will get it sorted within a week-still nothing. Since I have been calling the store and no one picks up the phone-wonder why they have a landline. What poor service. I'm glad my contract is elapsing this month I don't have to deal with such dare incompetence.
