Poor service at Telkom Sandton city

I've never been so disappointed so about a month ago I had a Fungal infection from a Sanitizer that didn't react well with my skin so I was advised to use my own everywhere I go so, today I walked in at Telkom in Sandton city used my own sanitizer but was sent back by a lady named Sharon that I need to use the one that the store provides without even giving me a chance to explain why I was using my own instead of the one the store provides. I turned back though I was hoping to get in and see what deals they have on promotion.
