Poor service @ Telkom Riverside Mall

Extremely poor service. Blatantly ignored by staff at counter to assist with queries. I have been there 3 x to try and get assistance, whereby I still have not been assisted. The waiting periods in line on all 3 times was 30 minutes +. When asked to get the manager details the staff member refused to give it to me.
