Poor service at Telkom Pietermaritzburg KZN

Poor service, I spent more than 2 hours over a query.

On top of that no one could help me in the whole shop. I was given papers with instructions to follow on something they failed to do for me as employees trained on the job.

A week ago I went to the store regarding the same issue, no one has answers. Service is so poor especially if you have to waste so much of your time then you don’t get help.

When you take out these contracts you don’t get problems and it’s so fast but when you have problems no one has answers. No one can help you, you are expected to help yourself, how???? I’ve just had it with Telkom.
