Poor Service at Telkom outlet

I have never seen such terrible service at any Telkom branch worse than the one at Marshalltown cnr Main & Sauer. I stood there on a quee for about an hour, only to be told I cant buy data for my modem because the system is down. This is the second time this happened to me.
