Poor Service At Telkom! Horrible Attitude

Horrible service @TelkomZA Fourways! I'm even ****ed. I went there to purchase data LTE data and I specifically said to the gent Katlego I need data, he loads airtime on to my phone. I then tell him I didn't ask for airtime. His colleague Khanyi intervenes with loads of attitude. Khanyi goes on and starts making an entire show, saying that the airtime is already loaded I must see myself out with loads of attitude. I'm so disappointed because I didn't go there for airtime. I went for data, she still said I must go escalate the matter. I'm disgusted at this. I want my money back or this LTE data loaded on to my phone!
