poor service at telkom hatfield branch

Good Day

Telkom Hatfield has constantly refused to assist me to do a swim swap or even buy a simple sim card as my current sim card does not pick up network. The gentleman standing at the door does not know any product information and just tells you if you are not an essential worker you cant enter the store , I have tried to be assisted for the past 3 weeks , I wish I can just get this sorted so that I get my number activated again. Being without a phone during this lockdown is just stressful, on me and my famile who cant get hold of me.
