Poor service at telkom gateway and ballito branch

Telkom has worst service ever. I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 3 months everytime they tell me its done and come month end with statement showing contract is still active. I have been to gateway and ballito branch they are all useless and ****s coz they always tell me its done and when I check account is still active. I have called customer services on Mondaythey said it will be done in 72 hours. I’m at gateway branch and they are saying all numbers are active there was no cancellation done. They are now emailing my request coz they can’t do it here at the branch. It’s **** to keep me paying. I hate telkom and their terrible service
