POOR SERVICE AT TELKOM

I am very disappointed at Telkom, its problems after problems, its like I have to dedicated every day of mylife to deal with them, they failed to debit my account and now they send threatening sms about the account being blocked, probably they should check their system or learn to use them, if you log on to the internet link and pay using a card, that payment will not reflect on the next statement and they will continue telling you that your account is outstanding, I will probably wait for the contract to end than its the last time `I purchase anything from Telkom, their service and customer care is very poor, they should start by training their staff members on how to handle queries, they are always confused...
