Poor service @Telkom direct Maponya Mall

Took my time off work to be assisted with a number swap as I have took a contract with Telkom Jabulani and they refused straight that they can't assist me, I just regret taking a contract with Telkom, I was okay with my prepaid sim, now am stuck with a 24 month contract where one cannot be assisted anywhere besides the shop I took a contract with. 😑
