Poor service at Telkom Clearwater Mall

Two weeks ago, I app**** for a Telkom LTE Router contract which was out of stock at the time but done all the paperwork anyway since Joseph told me they should receive stock later that week. Yesterday, I walked in the shop again with the hope of collecting my new router. \Sorry Sir, still no stock\". This after being told they should receive stock two weeks ago. I can still understand the stock issue, but when I tried to speak to a manager in order to find out when stock will be available things got interresting. No manager is available and apparently the shop is run without any management. After asking for the manager, about 5-7 people crawled out of a small office in the back of the shop while only two people are assisting customers. Finally got the area manager, Anastasia Steyn's number but still no responce or answer. All I can say is SHOCKING SERVICE!!! "
