Poor Service at Telkom Call Center

Very disappointing.. Was referring someone to Telkom for adsl/Fibre as I have good uninterrupted services.. However its backfiring as she waited now since April 2019 just for something to happen... Everytime we call we have to waste our time given id, adress and required details just for an agent who will call us back.. We never get any call back from Telkom.. THINK I MUST CANCEL TOO AND APPLY FOR MOBILE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ... I REGRET THAT NOW..
