Poor service at Telkom and failure to fix the problem reported

I am Dr Kondlo a customer of Telkom and i reported poor service here at Hello peter on Friday 25th August 2023 and failure for Telkom to resolve the problem i have been been reporting for the past 3 weeks till today the issue of my landline *** not receiving calls and making calls since i migrated from Copper to wireless has not been solved and i have been calling call center for Telkom and writing numerous emails with no solution and even after reporting here at Hello Peter i have not received a follow-up from Telkom and this is really affecting our business negatively, patients are unable to make bookings and communicate with us and are also unable to follow up on patience and make necessary administration, i even took the phone and wireless rooter to Telkom at BT ngebs mall on the 18th and they told me they cant help i must call call center myself amd ask them to send technician which i did and i am being sent from pillar to post between sales and technical department being told same thing to reboot wireless rooter which i have been doing for past 3 weeks... I really need this to be sorted please assist.
