POOR SERVICE AT TELKOM ALBERTON CITY

I have done a sim swop at Telkom store Alberton City, today is the 10th of June and it's still not activated. I have been calling the store no answer. I have been waiting in the line for two hours. Very very poor service. The lady told me that the sim card will be activated after 15min well it's over 72 Hours now. SIM CARD IS STILL NOT ACTIVE!!!
