Poor service at Telkom

I would like to voice my dissatisfaction and poor service at Telkom for the past 3 weeks i have been having problem of not receiving calls and calls not going out on the business landline at Dr Kondlo INC since i migrated from Copper to wireless fibre which i was advised by them to do so, and i have been calling their call centre numerous times since 2nd August 2023 and i am being sent from pillar to post i even took the phone and the new wireless router which they sent me to Telkom dealer at BT Ngebs mall on the 18 August 2023 and even there they did not help they said i must call call center again and ask them to send technician, from Monday 21st August till today i have been calling call center and i am being told to call sales and sales department says call technical and technical says call sales with no assistance and have written emails and still issue not sorted and this is affecting the business negatively as patients are unable to make bookings and we are unable to follow up our patients and also do the necessary administration of the business..
