Poor Service at Telkom

I went to telkom ti do a sim swap at Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg. Was informed they had done it but the case had to go through verification and I will receive a call from Telkom up until now, nothing has been done. I have the sim card I was given and its still not working since Sunday 31 January. Never thought it would take ages just to do a sim swap. The service I got leaves a lot be desired. Unhappy and feel like changing to another network.
