Poor service at Telkom

I have no internet acces from Telkom sinde Sunday 15 January 2017

I have log the fault immediately at Telkom on Sunday (127CWH150117)

I was for Monday (whole day) andTuesday morning out of office. When I returned home on Tuesday afternoon, the problem was not fixed. After several phonecalls to Telkom callcentre (I have spoke to Oderile, Mzoxolo, Nokululeko, Sazi and several other people) nothing was done to fix the problem. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the consultants told me that I cant. When I asked to speak to 'n technician, they also told me that I cant. "We are only the call centre", they told me.

Then I went to the Telkomshop in Somerset Mall, Somerset-West. There I was told that they are only a retail shop and could not offer me any help in solving my problem.

Then I browsed the internet to look for a contactnumber for someone of Telkom to talk to. On Telkom's website was the number of the regional manager ( ********** 126) When I phoned that number, it seems to me that the number doesn't exist.

Yesterday they logged a new fault (387CWK190117) as if this is a new problem.

There is a lot more to say about my interaction with the call centre.

As on today, Friday 20 January, I still have no internet access.

Is there somebody who can help me with this problem with the poor service of Telkom? It is if nobody to whom I have spoken to want to take responsibilty and ownership of my problem as a Telkom client.

Please help!!!
