Poor Service at Telkom

I have no internet or telephone Service for almost 3 wees now. I log a fault EVERY second day. Each time They say it is restored but nothing hapened on my side. Every time they Just say there is a fault in my area and they are working on it. I have to pay telkom for their Service I am surpose to recieve for a month but how Can I pay for something that is not working. I have to pay for internet but I have no internet. I have to pay for my telephone line but I Dont have any Service to make any calls. Help please I Can not be without Internet at my home. I am staying in Upington Northern Cape.
