poor service at telkom

I have received a very poor service from Telkom . you have to hold the line for 10 minutes until you reach Telkom useless agents who knows nothing. If you ask to speak to their manager its like you still speaking to the useless agent the manager knows nothing. I have been requesting the paid up letter for a very long time and the feedback I am receiving is very bad and I am not allowed to escalated because I am referred to 180 which have a lot of useless agents. I will never recommend a person to use Telkom.
