Poor Service at Telkom

Telkom doesn't care about their customers. I got a new contract with Telkom that according to my knowledge i mut pay only R99 , i was suprised that every month the bill goes up and no one can expain. When i call their contact centre there is always no answer and when i go to their branches they said to me that they cannot assist me with anything since well to contract was concluded via call centre. Service at telkom is poor and i regret the day i joined them.
