Poor service at telkom

<p>My wife app**** for a router at telkom and due to her lack of credit history she was declined that was not the problem the person helping us Thamani Moosa told my wife that its fine send your husband in and he can apply and u will still get the deal even though the deal is up in a few days so i took off from work to apply and we got accepted but then he tells me i can no longer get the deal and that my wife is lying so i was quite angry he spoke very rudly to me so and swore so i swore back there was a heated exchange and i requested my personal documents be given back and that i will go complain to telkom he laughed and said you go do that </p> <p>1) firstly they do not give the necessary requirements i had to go up and down to banks and this and that instead of telling me properly what i required</p> <p>2) he was very rude and abrupt to me and makes things seem like its my fault or that im stupid</p> <p>3 ) the lack of professionalism is unreal </p> <p>4) their phonelines are never working and constantly engaged and when i phoned centre managment at trade route mall they say im not the first to complain and when they ask telkom about it they simply say "this is a walk in store our phones dont have to work if you have a problem phone the call centre " </p> <p>5) i will never go back to that branch and im sure from what ive experienced im not the only one </p>
