**** poor service as usual

<p>Moved house two weeks ago, requested to move the telephone line way in advance, to this day the communication between the call centre and the techitian is pathetic, as result, no line or internet at the new house still. The technitian blames the call centre and visa versa. I live in a very small town, so there are ample technitians to do the transfer. Disgusting, as usual.</p>
