Poor Service as a Service Provider

I am still waiting for a matter to be resolved and its been prolonged for over two months now. I have been basically paying for a device which I have not even used because the device was in repairs and then advised a new device would be recovered only to be stuck with the same issue as before. The lack of service at the Melrose Telkom branch has been so poor as well as the the lack of communication and feedback..
