Poor service and unprofessional staff

The internet connection is extremely poor and frustrating. I have at their router for 3 months but I have honestly had enough. The customer service department keeps taking you from pillar to post and someone told me the change the network settings and I did as instructed but still no change. I am moving to a different service provider where I can pay for internet that actually works no matter the time of day. Stay away from telkom router deals. It’s honestly so hard to find good internet in South Africa
