Poor service and ******** debiting of customer accounts

The poor customer care and neglegence if vustomer needs and queries is Appaling. Telkom has been charging me for a returned device which was defective upin delivery for 5 months straight. I have been calling for them to cancel but nothing has been resolved till this day. The keep opening cases and closing them but nothing gets resolved. I am done trying to reason with and getting them to refund all my money they are debiting from my account ********ly . the next call they'll be receiving is from my lawers. Im sick of being treated like an idiot that will gladly pay for things they dont possess.
