Poor Service and uninformed consultants

I have Lodge complains with Telkom regarding the wrong Product delivered the minuets i noticed but Not only have their Consultants been unhelpful but I have so almost ten cases with them,of which others they claim to have been resolved bt women Not once have they Done anything with them. Their customer Service is so Poor and their Consultants are not well informed. Their managers are always busy n never respond back. I have been feeling with the Same thing for nie months with nö hope. For you to get attended Its takes 10 of Holding n they still Put you on hold even after you talk to them. Its Frustrating
