Poor service and ********* business dealing

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Telkom Shelly Beach. I signed a contract for the phone p30 which was R499.00 and now they are telling me that the contract would be for R599.00 of which we didn't agree with. When I go there they tell me that there's nothing that they can help me with like it's my own fault. Because I could have chosen a different phone of I knew it would be out of my budget. They are telling me to cancell the contract and only pay for the phone which I loose the benifits which attracted me to go to Telkom of minutes.
