Poor service and such a disappointment at my purchase handling.

I placed an order for a device on contract with Telkom about Tuesday if not Wednesday. I still haven't heard anything from them to say when they will deliver my device as I know the standard delivery time is 5 working days and Yesterday and today, Wednesday would be the day of delivery. They did not fail to deduct the money for the device but they not contacting me on anything concerning the device and when it will be delivered to be specific. It is utterly disappointing the speed in which they will set one up for a contract but when it is time for them to deliver it becomes such a mystery. They have poor communication lines , more especially their customer care number. I called this afternoon and held for over 30 minutes without receiving any assistance or answers on the new device contract. This is very disappointing and frustrating!
