Poor service and no one wants to assist

Dear Telkom

My name is Nhlanhla Mduduzi Nkuna and a customer of Telkom , I have a problem with my line which I reported it last year before Christmas and no one has contacted me I have also called Telkom on the 04 January 2020 and the agent told me that the line is still not fixed Telkom technician went and tested it and didn't not fix it ,then they told me I need to go to the nearest store of Telkom to get the intergrated SIM card when I get into the store they give me the simcard which is not loaded with data .

For the past two weeks I have no internet access and Telkom is going to be billing month end for what really?

I still don't have internet access and no data on the intergrated SIM card ,I really need help.

Please fix my line ***, I need internet for my work
