Poor service and no feedback

I have broadband and landline services with Telkom. For about a week now, we have intermittent service.<br> <br> The internet works from time to time which is not acceptable. The phone line makes a loud crackling noise.<br> <br> I have notified Telkom a number of times now and they keep providing no feedback (only generated the fault nr: 69CWK110416). <br> <br> This disregard for my services that I am paying alot of money for is unacceptable!
