Poor service and no device

I received a call from an online agent for an upgrade. I then went ahead with the upgrade and it been a week and I haven't received any documents regarding the new contest. I have had the device delivered. I also can't get through on the telkom number. I have called numerous times each time over half an hour on hold. I can't track my device nothing.
