Poor service and no delivery

Telkom has refused to help me regarding a product that I app**** for. Absolutely rude staff. One even had the audacity to cut my call while I was speaking to her. The application was approved. I only received one product and not the actual product I ordered. I have a ref no and the name of the person that assisted. Numerous emails have been sent as well as calls but to no avail. Pls help!!!!!
