poor service and money gone but no phone

did the application on Wednesday 2015-03-09<br> i was phoned on Thursday 2015-03-10 the next day and gave all my details<br> application was approved and all went well and i was told they will phone me on Friday 2015-03-11 the next day<br> i phoned in numerous times and not once the call was under 20 min of waiting and no answer<br> Monday 2015-03-14 i phoned again and they told me after 15 min of waiting someone answered<br> i was told they need to deduct R73 before they can deliver ,that night R1699 was deducted ,that's the whole amount of the phone contract and yet no phone or phone call<br> today i tried to phone again 5 times and yet again no phone call under 20 min and no answer!!!<br> how can it take 6 days to get a phone??????<br> i phoned the following telkom shops to maybe go thru them cause on-line shopping at telkom is bad news!!<br> telkom east rand mall , springs,eastgate,lakeside mall<br> all of them no answer as well<br> telkom on Facebook responds with \we will get in touch\"<br> <br> i'm in need of a quick answer!!!<br> really doubting telkom at the moment<br> "
