POOR SERVICE AND LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to start by saying Never again will I suggest friends family or colleges use Telkom, The service we received at the Telkom Branch in Centurion mall was pathetic wasted a whole weekend just for the agent Tholo with all his lies. whAT SERVICE TO YOU PROVIDE IF YOUR AGENTS CAN'T EVEN PROVIDE A DESCENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THERE CLIENTS AND THE WAST YOUR TIME. really I want a manager to call me. as I will keep on posting. this is poor service from a well know service provider and you are losing clients due to the lack of customer service. i work in Customer service as a manager and I will be appalled if I ever see any of my team or myself give this kind of service to a client. Really TELKOM you need to train your staff better. ***
