Poor service and interrupted service line of customers

Telkom is providing poor service, don’t respect customers. My Telkom line have suspended twice now within space of two days. On the 26 January payments for the account was made and the line was reconnect but now on 6 February the line again is interrupted for the second time, when I call the call centre no help found. I try to log a call with customer ***. No help was provided my lines still suspended. My cell phone it’s not working, I can’t received calls and no internet. Telkom is providing poor service and I can’t even refer someone to them due to my bad experience with them, soon as contract end, I will no long connect my self with Telkom again due to bad service provided.
